We collect information submitted through booking and contact forms, including guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, travel dates, number of guests, special requests, and message details.
Information is used to process booking requests, coordinate with property owners, track payments, support guests, prevent overlapping reservations, and prepare operational reports.
When needed, relevant booking details may be shared with the property owner so they can prepare for the stay. The platform stores owner contact details internally for operations use.
Backend access is limited to authorized administrators and operations staff. Property owners do not receive backend access to guest records.
The platform uses session security, CSRF protection, password hashing, and role-based access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the service is designed to reduce avoidable risk.
Booking and payment records may be retained for operational reporting, customer support, accounting, and impact measurement unless deletion is required by applicable policy or law.
