Rwenzori EcoStay provides a centralized booking and coordination service for homestays and ecohomes in the Rwenzori region. The operations team manages guest requests, availability checks, booking records, payment records, owner coordination, and reporting.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a stay. A request becomes confirmed only when the operations team updates the booking status and communicates confirmation to the guest.
Guests must provide accurate contact information, correct travel dates, the correct number of guests, and any relevant special requests. Guests are responsible for respecting property rules and local community expectations during their stay.
Prices shown on the platform are listed per night unless otherwise stated. Payment instructions, deposit requirements, refunds, and balance deadlines may be confirmed by the operations team for each booking.
Availability may change as requests are reviewed. The operations team may cancel, decline, or modify a booking when a property is unavailable, under maintenance, or unsuitable for the requested stay.
The team works to keep property descriptions, amenities, images, and prices accurate. Some details may change due to local conditions, maintenance, owner updates, or seasonal circumstances.
The platform is provided to support booking coordination. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rwenzori EcoStay is not liable for indirect losses, travel disruption, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
